Enter the code printed beside the VCode, or drop the VCode image below. The register confirms the issuer, the record, the blockchain proof and the current ownership status.
Anyone can verify a Confrmo record. No account, no app, nothing to install. Every lookup runs the same checks against the live register, at the moment you look.
Every record is signed by the organisation that issued it. You see the issuer by name, and whether that signature still checks out against the record in front of you.
Active, flagged or revoked, read live rather than from a printed copy. If an issuer revokes a record after it was issued, that shows here the next time anyone looks.
Where a record has been claimed with It’s Mine, you see the current owner, how long they have held it and how far their identity has been verified — and you can ping them to confirm control, live from their Confrmo app.
Each transfer is a link in the chain of custody, with the date, how it was paid for and the transaction reference. Where a record is anchored on chain, the proof is shown alongside it.
A real record on the register. The VCode below is live.

Scan that VCode with any camera, or type 25UX-E4V7BL-FC into the box above, and you will land on this exact record — live, signature checked, on the register. It is a real Confrmo Ledger entry that Confrmo issued to itself as an example, so it certifies nothing beyond its own existence.
Owner checks are made by signed in Confrmo users. Signing in creates a free Confrmo account if you don't have one. Your approximate location (city) will be recorded and shown on this certificate, and your name and city shared with the item's owner.
